The Medical Assistant Expert ™

I help healthcare professionals transform their clinical experience into career growth, personal brands, businesses, and opportunities they never thought was possible. After 22 years in healthcare, I discovered something most healthcare professionals never realize: The skills we use everyday are valuable far beyond the exam room. Today, I teach Medical Assistants and allied healthcare professionals how to leverage those skills to build careers, create income, develop authority, and move From Scrubs to Success™.

I started my healthcare career as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and spent more than two decades working across multiple specialties, supporting providers, solving problems, training staff, improving workflows, and helping healthcare organizations operate more effectively. What I didn't realize at the time was that every patient interaction, every workflow improvement every onboarding process, and every challenge I solved was building something much bigger than a resume.

It was building expertise.

Over time, I advanced into leadership roles, developed onboarding programs across multiple outpatient practices, contributed to operational improvements, and became known as someone who could see opportunities where others saw obstacles. Yet one question kept coming back to me: Why are healthcare professionals taught how to care for everyone else, but rarely taught how to leverage the value of their own skills?

That question changed everything. I began sharing my experience with coworkers, employees I managed, online teaching Medical Assistants how to recognize their strengths, communicate their value, and create opportunities beyond what they thought was possible. What started as a few coaching sessions during breaks, after work hours, a few posts and conversations on social media evolved into
